Biography
Dr. Shaozhong Wang received his BSc degree in Chemistry from Nanjing University in 1996 and his PhD in 2002 from the same university working with Prof. Yuefei Hu. He started his independent academic career at Nanjing University and was promoted to an associate professor in 2005. From September 2005 to August 2006, he carried out post-doctoral research with Prof. Liming Zhang at the University of Nevada, Reno. Dr. Wang has authored and co-authored 30 papers in the peer-reviewed journals, 7 patents and 1 chapter.
Research Interest
Transitional-metal catalyzed reactions, methodology development of natural alkaloids and corresponding chemical biology.
