Biography
`Born in 1972. Ph.D. (2003), Nanjing University; Visitor Scholar, Harvard Medical School(1998-1999); Research Associate, The University of Chicago(2005-2009); Associate Professor, School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University (2009-present).
Research Interest
Researches in our group are focused on dealing with the study and manipulation of biological systems through the application of chemical techniques and tools. Our research program spans a broad range of bioinorganic chemistry, protein chemistry, chemical biology, microbiology, cell biology and structural biology et al. We work on the structure, function and biological effects of metalloproteinsï¼›We study the regulation pathways and molecular mechanisms of exogenous substances or drugs in life science system using of various chemical small molecular probeï¼› We develop novel inorganic nano-biomaterialsï¼› We also explore bio-synthesis based on Biotechnology Engineering, such as fermentation and molecular biology.
