Biography
1962ï¼1968: student in Department of Physics, Peking University; 1978ï¼1983: graduate student in Department of Physics, Nanjing University; Acceptance of Ph. D degree in 1983, Nanjing University; 1983-present: working in Nanjing University on theoretical research of superlattices, low-dimensional systems, and disordered systems. In 1988, 1990, 1994, 1995, 1996, 1998, 2001, 2004, 2005, and 2007: short-time scientific collaborations in Cambridge University, UK, University of Houston, USA, Crete Research Centre, Greece, Lancaster University, UK, and University of Hong Kong.
Research Interest
Quantum transport in nanostructures, theoretical investigation of electric, optical and magnetic properties of mesoscopic systems, Anderson localization in disordered systems
