Early researches involved in the physics of Josephson effects, aggregation of atoms on surface of solids, and nonlinear systems. Recent researches concern protein folding, aggregation, and functional related dynamics, assembling of proteins and biomolecules under interactions between nano-particles and biomolecules, and dynamics of biological networks. There are more than 150 papers published in PRLã€NSBã€PNASã€JACS and etc.
