Biography
Wu Wushan in 1987 Nanjing Normal University Department of physics graduate, in 1990 in Beijing Normal University received a master's degree in science (rare earth permanent magnet material structure and performance), in 1994 in Beijing Normal University doctorate degree, research direction for the condensed state Physical (wide bandgap semiconductor material). From 1994 to 1996, he was a postdoctoral researcher at the State Key Laboratory of Solid State Microstructure Physics of Nanjing University. He joined the Department of Physics of Nanjing University in July 1996 and was awarded the New Century Talent Foundation of the Ministry of Education in 2004. The current professor of Nanjing University School of physics, doctoral tutor, Chinese Institute of Physics and China Crystal Society.
Research Interest
synchrotron radiation and X-ray scattering / low-dimensional oxide system control growth and structural characterization / oxide system singular physical properties / photovoltaic solar cell research and development.
