Biography

1967 Nanjing University Department of physics graduate, 1981, Nanjing University, Department of Physics received a master's degree and stay in school, 1986-1988 Houston University, the United States to do visiting scholar. From 1999 to 2005, he was appointed as the director of the State Key Laboratory of Solid Microstructure. He was elected as the academician of the Department of Mathematics and Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2007. He is currently the director of the National Laboratory of Nanjing Microstructure, the director of the Academic Committee of Nanjing University School of Physics, the director of the condensed state theory and statistical physics committee of the Chinese Institute of Physics, deputy editor of the Journal of Physics and Chinese Physics B. Engaged in condensed matter physics research, in the spin and quantum transport theory, magnetic nanostructures and low-dimensional physics, superconductivity and associated electronic system theory and so on to make a series of innovative work. As the first prize winner won the National Natural Science Award two prize and the provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award two prize, the winning project names are "spin transport and giant magnetoresistance theory" and "semiconductor hot electron Non - equilibrium statistical theory of transport ". As of 2010, more than 300 SCI papers have been published, including 108 in the "Physics Review" in the United States and 14 on "Physical Review Letters". The research results by domestic and foreign counterparts of widespread concern, 10 representative of his cited papers more than 640 articles. "Quantum Effect, Regulation and Application of Solid Microstructure" (2006-2010) and "Quantum Effect, Quantum Structure Design and Quantum Computation of Solid State Electronics" Project (2011- 2015) chief scientist. Focusing on issues related to quantum control, in particular the limited sub-systems and associated electronic systems.
