Biography
1989 Department of Physics, Nanjing University graduate, 1995 Department of Physics, Nanjing University, received a doctorate and stay in school, in the amorphous silicon-based semiconductor materials and nano-silicon controllable preparation and device research has made some achievements. As the second winner won the National Natural Science Award two prize and a provincial and ministerial level scientific and technological progress award first prize. And received the 2004 National Outstanding Youth Fund. As of 2010, has published more than 100 academic papers. At present, we have undertaken a number of topics including "973 Project" sub-project, National Natural Science Foundation, etc., focusing on the controllable preparation of high-density nano-silicon quantum dots and its application in optoelectronic devices.
Research Interest
Nano and amorphous semiconductor materials and device applications.
