Biography
Prof Dr. Xu received her bachelor's degrees in physics from Physics Department, Nanjing University in 1985. She obtained her Master degrees at the Institute of Semiconductors, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1988, and received her Ph.D degree in physics from Physics Department, Nanjing University in 1999. Since 2007 she has been a Professor of Physics in Nanjing University. She have participated in a number of different research projects founded by National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Science and Technology Ministry.
Research Interest
1) Optoelectronic properties of semiconductor quantum dots, 2) Electrical transport properties of phase-change memory material.
