(1989), Research Assistant (1989-1994), Institute of Research on the Structure of Matter, Chinese Academy of Sciences; Ph.D. (1997), the University of Sheffield, U.K.; Alexander von Humboldt Research Fellow (1997-1998), Bochum Ruhr University, Germany. Associate professor (1999-2003),Professor (2003-); Coordination Chemistry Institute, Nanjing University.
