Biography
Deputy General Manager, Senior Economist Mr. Chen is in charge of the selling and cooperative work of domestic Non-G&G market. Mr. Chen serves concurrently as the Chairman of LandOcean Environmental Engineering (Langfang) Co., Ltd. Mr. Chen is qualified as the Drilling Supervisor and Safety Director of Sinopec. He once served as the Vice Chief Economist of Jiangsu Oilfield and Director of Technological Supervision Department, once served as the Board Director and General Manager of Bazhou Seamless Oil Pipes Company Limited. Mr. Chen is familiar with the technical specification, standard, operation specification of different types of work in petroleum production, he has rich management experience in energy conservation, environmental protection, quality, standard and special equipment.
