Dr. Ma Xiuling is currently working as a Professor in the Department of Land Resources Management, Lanzhou University , china. His research interests includes government organization and human resources management, cadre personnel system reform, leadership and cadre performance appraisal. He /she is serving as an editorial member and reviewer of several international reputed journals. Dr. Ma Xiuling is the member of many international affiliations. He/ She has successfully completed his Administrative responsibilities.
