DONG Shikun, female, born in 1980, associate professor, master of law and Bachelor of law for Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Doctor of law Liaoning University in reading, Constitutional and Administrative Law Research Association, the law society of Liaoning Province, Liaoning province consumer protection law research association, research on administrative law and Finance Law , presided 5 projects over the planning project of Ministry of education, humanities and social sciences of Liaoning Province Social Science Fund, participate in a number of national, provincial and ministerial research projects, published papers in the "Guangming Daily", "Journal of Hubei University", "Journal of Southwest University of Political Science and Law", "Journal of Liaoning University" core journals etc.
