Biography
Prof. DU Jiahua, has been committed to Civil Law and Intellectual Property Law, she has engaged in lecturing and researching and has done her work very well. She has published " The Effectiveness of the Contract of Transferring Common Stocks that without the Consent of One Party of the Couples ", " The Analysis on the Effectiveness of Transferring the Defective Equity ", " The Theoretical Obstacles Criticism of China's of Establishment of Punitive Compensation System ". As for the effectiveness and the application of punitive damages in infringement compensation, suggests that the criteria for judging the validity of the joint equity transfer contract without the consent of one party may include "the basic elements of the contract and the special requirements of the contract".
