HOU Xiaolei，Doctor of Law, graduated from Liaoning University in 2005 with a Master’s Degree in Law, graduated from Jilin University in 2010 with a Doctor’s Degree in Law. Associate Professor of Law School, Liaoning University, director of Shenyang applied jurisprudence research society. Main Research Direction: Theoretical Jurisprudence; Administrative Jurisprudence. published more than 10 academic papers, 1 monograph, 1 edited textbook; presided Liaoning social and scientific fund project, 1 subject of Liaoning’s educational “11th Five-Year” plan; participated major project Study on Construction of Aging Law System in Our Country, held by the state council; projects Study on the Law of Basic Livelihood Security, Study on the Legislation of Senior Citizen Rights and Interests Protection held by Civil Affairs Department
