Biography
TIAN Chunlei, Degree: J.D. Title: Associate Professor of Law, Liaoning University, Master’s Supervisor ,Director, Economic Law Association, Director, Commercial Law Society of Liaoning Province, Main Research Direction: Economic Law/ Civil and Commercial Law, Tian Chunlei is a scholar of economic law and civil law. She received her LL.B degree, LL.M degree, and her J.D degree from Law School of Wuhan University in 2002, 2005, and 2012 respectively. She is dedicated to teaching and researching of commercial law and financial law. She teaches Business Law, Enterprise and Corporate Law, Financial Law, Macro-economic Control Law for undergraduates and postgraduates. Her academic achievements include more than 10 academic papers published in Legal Review, Journal of Wuhan University, among others, and one textbook. Professor Tian chaired several research projects held by Liaoning Social Science Foundation, Liaoning Education Department and Liaoning Social Science Association independently.She participated in several projects supported by the National Social Science Foundation, and major scientific projects on Philosophy and Social Science Research held by the Ministry of Education.
