Biography
Prof. TONG Lianfa, graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a bachelor's degree in 1986, served as associate professor and Dean of Law School of Liaoning University. Main Course: international law, maritime law and international judicial assistance and so on. He has participated in the compilation of "international law" and "maritime law" and has also served as director and lawyer at Liaoning Zhonglian law firm.
