Biography

WANG Sufen J.D. Post-doctor in Theoretical Economics, Professor of Law, Liaoning University, Director, Chinese Society of Sociological Jurisprudence, Director, National Society of Foreign Legal History, Managing Director, Liaoning Law Society, Legislative Consultant, Shenyang Municipal People's Congress, Main Research Direction: Labor and Social Security Law, Professor Wang chaired a program initiated by Education Department where she raised a mechanism for moderately sharing social insurance liabilities by different subjects. This mechanism, especially the theoretical and positive research on funding responsibility of basic endowment insurance, has arose broad attention, which was of great practical significance on dealing with the funding issues. She chaired a discussion about the anti-fraud legislation on social insurance issue, and put forward numerous suggestions to solve practical problem. Professor Wang serves as a legislative consultant for the Shenyang Municipal People's Congress, and as a managing director in Liaoning  Law Society. During her tenure, she has been a frequent contributor to legislative activities. Most of her suggestions on the modification of the law are adopted, all of which reflect a scholar’s contribution to the society, and realize the social value of theoretical research.
