Dr. YAO Xu, female, born in 1979, Doctorate of Civil Law and Commercial Law, law school, RUC. She has lectured in Liaoning University’s civil law teaching-research office and has published many papers in Law Science Magazine, Guangming Daily, Social Science Journal and Gansu Social Sciences.She has presided over many Provincial Research Projects.
