Biography
Ms. ZENG Xiangrui, born on February 7, 1965 in Panshi city of Jilin Province, Respectively obtained bachelor, master and doctoral degrees from China University of Political Science and Law in June 1986, January 1993, June 2005. From October 1997 to June 1999 and from October to November in 2004, she had been to study and research in Japan at Invitation of Japan International Exchange Center and the University of Kansai. From 1986, She achieved more than 20 papers in the "Journal of Southwest University of Political Science and Law", "administrative law research", "Journal of Liaoning University", She published 3 monographs in people’s publishing house, China Legal publishing house, Liaoning University Press, wrote more than 10 textbooks and casebooks . She promoted the title of Professor In 2006, She mainly teaches the following courses to undergraduate and master: administrative law, administrative litigation law, foreign administrative law, foreign administrative law.
