Fang Guangshun

Biography

Dr. FANG Guangshun, a doctoral supervisor and second grade professor, known as a national excellent teacher, national college excellent teacher of ideological and political theory, national excellent expert of social science popularization, and 2014 annual influential people on national college ideological and political theory education, is the incumbent president of Marxism College of Liaoning University, executive deputy director of Liaoning University Chinese Characteristic Socialism Research Center and the Party Building Research Center, and the deputy director of Ministry of Education's College Counselors' Training and Studying Base in Liaoning University. He is an academic leader and Marxism theory first class discipline leader of Liaoning University, with additional posts as an executive syndic and guest researcher of CASS World Socialism Research Center, a syndic of China's International Communist Movement History Academy and China Society for Human Rights Studies, a committee member of Liaoning Marxism Theory Division, a chief expert of Party's Innovation Theory Research Center in Liaoning province, and the vice president of Liaoning Scientific Socialism Society and Liaoning College Ideological and Political Theory Education Research Association, etc.
