Liu Hongzhong

Biography

Hongzhong Liu is dean and professor of School of International Studies of Liaoning University in China, and also director of Research Center for the Economies and Politics of the Transitional Countries. He got his Ph.D. degree in 1999 in World Economics from Liaoning University. Since then he began to work in Liaoning University, from 1999-2003 he was a lecture in the School of International Economics, associate professor in the  School of International Studies of Liaoning University in 2001-2004 and professor since 2004. He was  visiting scholar in the KDI School of Public Policy and Economics of South Korea from 2001 to 2002,  in Washington University in St.Louis of USA from 2007 to 2008 and the George Washington University of USA from January to June in 2015.
