Yan Ming

Biography

Yan Ming was born in February 1974 in Kaiyuan City, Liaoning Province. He received the B.S. and M.S. degrees from College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University in July 1997 and September 2003, respectively. And he received doctor's degree from College of Information Science and Engineering, Northeastern University in September 2007. His major is Control Theory and Control Engineering. From December 2008, He works at Department of Electrical Engineering and Automation, College of Light Industry, Liaoning University. In April 2009, he became an associate professor. And he is a member of the Chinese Communist Party.    He has taught a number of courses in Liaoning University, such as Power System Analysis, Principle and Application of Electrical Apparatus, Principle and Application of Microcomputer, Principle and Application of Single Chip Microcomputer, etc.    In recent years, he had published more than 10 academic papers in national core journals or international conferences as the first author. Nine papers had been included by EI. Main representative papers include Discrete Sliding Mode Variable Structure Control Algorithm for Binary ABR Flow Control, Binary ABR Flow Control over ATM Networks with Uncertainty Using Discrete-time Variable Structure Controller, Sliding Mode Control Based on T-S Model and Its Simulation for AQM, Sliding Mode AQM Algorithm for TCP Networks with Uncertainty, Congestion Control over Internet with Uncertainties and Input Delay Based on Variable Structure Control Algorithm, etc.
