Biography
Zhang Huili，Professor of Food Science and Engineering departement of College of light industry in Liaoning University, is working on the Construction of genitc and proteic modles on resistant peanut aginst A.flavus, screeing and application of resistant genitc and proteic marks against A.flavus on peanut, breeding and controlling the quality of high oleic acid peanut (HOAP) genotype，especially carrying on deep research on infection mechanism of A.flavus in peanut and food safty fields. Dr. Zhang takes vice dean of Liaoning Food and Biological Processing Engineering Technology Research Cente.
