Biography
Naftali (Tali) Idan has served as an external director of Lumenis since September 2007. He served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ceragon Networks Ltd. from August 2004 until October 2010. From 2000 to 2001, Mr. Idan was Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Floware Wireless Systems Ltd. From 1993 to 1999, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Tecnomatix Technologies Ltd. Mr. Idan holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and economics from Tel Aviv University, Israel, and an MBA degree from De Paul University, Chicago, and is a certified public accountant in Israel.
