Biography
Po-YoungChu VP Global Human Resources, joined Lumenis in May, 2014. Prior to joining Lumenis, Ayelet served for 3.5 years as Global VP Human Resources at Camtek Ltd. (NASDAQ: CAMT), a publicly-traded capital equipment company operating in the PCB and Semiconductor markets. Before that she served for 10 years at NICE Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: NICE), a publicly-traded software company in the telecom and analytics industry. During her extensive tenure with NICE Systems Ayelet fulfilled various HR leadership roles – most recent of which was that of HR Director for NICE Israel and NICE Global Security Division. Ayelet holds a BA degree in Social Sciences from the Tel Aviv University; and she also pursued graduate studies towards an MBA degree, with specialization in organizational behavior.
