Biography
Mr. Bo Peng is the Chief Marketing Officer of Shanghai MicroPort Medical (Group) Co., Ltd. and the Chairperson of CEC. Prior to current position, Mr. Peng served as Senior Vice President of Domestic Sales and Marketing of Shanghai MicroPort Medical (Group) Co., Ltd.. Mr. Peng is currently holding the executive directorships in MicroPort NeuroTech (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., MicroPort Endovascular (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and Dongguan Kewei Medical Co., Ltd., subsidiaries of the Company. Mr. Peng has over 21 years of experience in marketing and sales. Prior to joining us in 2001, Mr. Peng served as Vice President, Sales General Manager, and Director of Xianxing Electronics Group. Mr. Peng received his bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Changchun University of Science and Technology in 1990 and his master's degree in Business Administration from Shanghai University of Finance & Economics in 2004.
