Biography
He graduated from Nagoya University in Japan in 2006 and did postdoctoral research at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Rockefeller University from 2006 to 2012. In 2012, he was hired as Professor of Food Science and Technology at Nanjing Agricultural University. He has published 15 SCI papers in PNAS, JACS and other journals.
