Biography
Hu Gao , male, doctor, associate professor of insects. In 2001 entered the Nanjing Agricultural University Plant Protection College, has received a Bachelor of Agriculture, Ph.D. in Ecology. PhD 2010 after graduation to teach. 2015 Nian 4 Yue - 2016 Nian 3 months, Rothamsted Experimental Station ( Rothamsted Research, ) visiting scholar. 2016 On 8 Yue -2017 years 8 months, the University of Exeter ( at The University of Exeter ) visiting scholar.
Research Interest
Migratory Entomology, Radar Entomology, Agricultural Pest Monitoring and Early Warning Many insects have long-range ability to migrate and migrate to accommodate seasonal changes in resources and habitat. China is located in the monsoon region of East Asia. Due to its unique geographical conditions, the main pests of crops in our country are migratory, such as rice planthoppers, rice leafroller, armyworm, locust.
