Biography

Bachelor of Forestry, Beijing Forestry University and Ph.D., Plant Physiology and Biochemistry, Department of Biology, State University of New York, USA. Postdoctoral fellow of the Department of Biochemistry at the University of Missouri, has been Assistant Professor at the Department of Biology, Kansas State University, Associate Professor and Professor at the University of Connecticut's Department of Plant Biology and Biotechnology, Director of the Center for Gene Transformation at the University of Connecticut, and Chief Scientist of the New England Invasive Plant Center. Visiting Professor, College of Horticulture, Nanjing Agricultural University.
