Biography
Zeng Xiaoxiong is a professor of Food Quality and Safety at nanjing agricultural university.In recent years, chaired and participated in a number of National Natural Science Foundation of China,863 project, the Ministry of Education doctoral fund, science and technology support program in Jiangsu Province and other research work. 125 articles of SCI (including employment) SCI papers have been published in Chemical Communications , Bioresource Technology , Journal of Functional Foods , Journal of Chromatography A , Food Chemistry , Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry and Carbohydrate Polymers, and 7 invention patents have been granted .
