Biography
BAI,Zhiping was born in 1961. He did B.Sc in 1982 and Ph.D in 1991 from University of Tsukuba, Japan. He was working as research fellow (1991-1995) at Basic research center in Tsukuba of Tokuyama Corporation, Japan. Later he joined as an associate professor (1995) and professor（2006) of Chemistry, College of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering, Nanjing University. University. His research interest includes study of functional metal coordination compounds; Process of powders of metals and functional coumpounds.
