Biography
" Dr. You-Ting Wu, born in Nov. 11, 1968, graduated in Zhejiang University, Zhejiang, China, and received his three academic degrees (bachelor and master degrees in Chemistry, and doctor of philosophy in Chemical Engineering) in 1990, 1993 and 1996. He took a postdoctoral fellowship in December, 1996 at Chemistry Department of Nanjing University, Nanjing, China, to work with Professor Zhi-Bing Zhang for the research work of complex and fine distillation processes. He was qualified as a candidate of associate professor in September, 1998. In March 1999, he came to University of Minho, Braga, Portugal, and stayed there till September, 2000 to act as a postdoctoral fellow for the research of pectinase production and separation processes. Afterwards, he joined the research group of professor Christine Grant and worked as a postdoctoral fellow and research associate for 3.5 years to study the environmentally-benign chemical processes. He came back to Nanjing University, China in March 2004 to take the present professorship."
