Professor Chen Cai, member of the Discipline Review Group of the Second and Third Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council, Professor of Northeast Normal University, Professor of the School of Urban and Environmental Sciences, Northeast Normal University, Professor of Northeast China Research Institute, Doctoral Supervisor.
