Biography
It is devoted to the study of the role of epigenetic regulation in cell metabolism and maintenance of genome stability, and identified a number of chromatin regulatory factors that regulate DNA replication and damage. It was found that chromatin binding protein BRPF3, histone supply and ubiquitin ligase TRAIP play a crucial role in DNA replication and injury response. In addition, it was revealed that transcription factors ZBP-89 and YY1 regulate the transcription and expression of the target gene by controlling the recruitment and binding of the histone deacetylase HDACs at the key gene promoter and ultimately affect the cell senescence or apoptosis. Representative results published in EMBO J, The Journal of Cell Biology, FEBS J and other famous academic journals. Published a total of 13 SCI papers, the total number of citations reached 327 times.
