Jinxi in born in Jilin Province Yongji County town before the town. In 1978 March into the Northeast Normal University Department of economics economics study, graduated in July 1984, received a master's degree in economics. After graduation to teach, is now the Northeast Normal University International Business School Dean, Professor, doctoral tutor.
