Dr. Ji-Quan Zhang is the professor of College of Urban and Environmental Sciences and Director of Natural Disaster Research Institute, Northeast Normal University, China.
Research Interest
His main research interests are Risk Assessment Early-warning and Integrated Management Strategies of Disasters (e.g. Flood, drought, grassland fire disaster, Ecology and Environment)
