Biography
Song Yang, female, Manchu, born in August 1978, Jilin Changchun people, Northeast Normal University School of geography senior engineer, member of the Communist Party of China, urban and regional planning doctorate. In 2004 and 2008, he received a master's degree in human geography from the Northeast Normal University and a doctorate degree in urban and regional planning. From 2014 to 2015, he was a visiting scholar of the School of Geography and Environment of Oxford University and a member of the Chinese Geographical Society (S110006755M).
