Biography
professor, secretary general of Chinese Society for Rock Fragmentation and Engineering, associate deputy of Liaoning Blasting Engineering Committee, senior expert of Liaoning Safety Production Committee, and special consultant in criminal investigation department at Shenyang Public Security Bureau. Dr Tu receives his bachelor, master and doctoral degrees between 1982 and 1997. He focuses on teaching and research works regarding rock fragmentation, blasting and mining engineering. Dr Tu has undertaken and participated in more than 10 research projects from state ministry and province of China. Dr Tu has also published more than 30 technical papers and finished two text books of Mining Engineering and Rock Fragmentation and Blasting.
