1.PERSONAL PROFLE Cao Zhimin, male, born in February 1954 in Fuping, Shaanxi Province, professor, doctoral student tutor, outstanding teacher and "3-5 Talent " in Shaanxi Province, Vice president of Forest Pathology Branch of Chinese Society of Forestry, executive director of Shaanxi Provincial Plant Pathology. 2. EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND 1881 graduated from Northwestern Agriculture College, China, received bachelor's degree in plant protection. 1993 received master's degree in plant pathology from Northwestern Agriculture University, China. 1998 graduated in plant pathology from Northwestern Agriculture University, China, received doctor of science.
