Education and Appointments: July 1998 to June 2001, studied for Agronomy Ph.D. in the Northwest A & F University. July 1993 to June 1996, studied for master's degree of soil science in the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, CAS. July 1988 to June 1993, studied for bachelor's degree of agriculture in the Northwest A & F University. December 2005 to present, served as a professor in the Northwest A & F University. January 2002 to November 2005, served as an associate researcher in the Northwest A & F University. January 1998. to December 2001, served as an assistant researcher for the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, CAS. July 1996 to December 1997, served as a researcher interns for the Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, CAS.
