Biography
Basic Information : He Peiru, male, was born in Jul, 1944 in Mei county, Shaanxi Province; Professor of College of Agronomy, Northwest A&F University; member of China Agriculture High-Tech Committee, national expert with outstanding contribution, the National May 1 Labor Medalist Education and Working Experience : In 1963, Mr. He graduated from the Agricultural School of Wugong in Shaanxi Province, and worked in Long County as an extension person. In 1978, he was enrolled by Northwest Agriculture University to study as a master candidate. Since 1981, he is working in the University so far.
