Biography
Prof. Li Shuqin, female, born in March 1965 in Shaanxi province, is a nonparty personage. She received her MEng of field water conservancy in Northwest Agriculture University, 1989. From then on, she has been engaging in teaching courses on computer and information in Northwest Agriculture University. She was promoted as professor in Dec. 2003 and qualified to supervise master candidates. From July 2003 to May 2010, she was vice dean of College of Information and Engineering. She became dean of this college in May 2010. Prof. Shuqin Li is a member of China Computer Software Association, China Computer Basic Education Association and Shaanxi Computer Education Association. She also takes charge of the construction of sub-discipline of master program.
