Biography

Professor of College of Agronomy, Northwest A&F University. B.Ag.Sc. AnHui Agricultural College, 1992 M.Ag.Sc., Northwest Agricultural University，1995 Ph.D., Northwest Agricultural University，1998 As a visiting scholar，in the Lincoln University in New Zealand，1994 Dean of College of Agronomy, Northwest A&F University, chairman of the first branch of eighth academic-degree evaluation committee of Northwest A & F University; executive director and secretary general of Farming Branch of China Agricultural Society; executive director of High-tech Agricultural Application Professional Committee and of Three-dimensional Agriculture Branch of China Agricultural Society; involved in the "New Century Excellent Talents" of Ministry of Education in 2007.
