Research Interest
Molecular regulation of fatty acid biosynthesis metabolism in mammary gland of dairy goats, genetics and breeding of dairy goats, and preservation and utilization of goat genetic resources. A primary focus is identification and function analysis of genes contributing to milk short-chain fatty acid biosynthesis in goat mammary gland. The breeding and selection principles and methods were used to improve the productivity and milk quality of dairy goats.
