Qiu Ling

Biography

Qiu Ling, male, was born in May 1957.He is a Communist Party member, doctor, PhD supervisor and Professor of grade 3. At present he is the station head of Northwest station of biogas products and equipment quality detecting center of Agriculture Ministry, the principal of Rural Biogas Training School of Shaanxi Province, and an academic member of Chinese Agricultural Science Academy. Serve as vice chairman of Chinese Biogas Society, vice president of branch of Straw Resources Comprehensive Utilization of China Agricultural Society, a council member of Chinese Rural Energy Association, vice president of Rural Energy Association of Shaanxi Province, vice President of Environmental Protection Volunteers Association of Shaanxi Province, a member of Environmental Advisory Committee of Shaanxi Province. Besides, he is the expert enjoying the special allowance of Chinese Government. Until now he has won the national model of agricultural science and technology promotion, the national advanced individual of rural energy construction, the national advanced worker of Rural Safe Drinking Water and Sanitary Washroom, the national advanced worker of Agricultural vocational skills development, and advanced worker of Environmental Protection Contribution Award of Shaanxi Province.
