Education experience: Graduated from Northwest University with a Bachelor Degree in 1982, got a Master degree from Institute of Soil and Water Conservation ,CAS & MWR in 1988, and a PhD degree from Northwest A&F University in 2000. Professional experience： Work in Institute of Soil and Water Conservation from 1982 to now.
