Academic Qualification： Obtain a master's degree in the Northwestern College of Agriculture ;Receive a doctor degree in Xi'an University of Technology Professional Experience: Working in Institute of Soil and Water Conservation, Chinese Academy of Science, Ministry of Water Resources since 1982. Has long been engaged inConstruction of water and soil conservation and ecological and Research and evaluation of rational utilization of soil and land resources. Being the director of ecological engineering technology research center of the Ministry of Water Resource and the chief scientist of the national science and technology support program.
