Biography
Education experience: In 1984, awarded bachelor in Wuhan Institute of Hydraulic and Electric Engineering; and in 1987 and 1991, awarded MS and PhD degree of hydrology and water resource in Xi’an University of Technology respectively. After his graduation, working in Xi’an University of Technology.
