Biography
Prof. Zhang Zhongchao was born in February 1963 in Pucheng, Shaanxi Province. He got a bachelor degree in the Northwest Forestry University in 1985 major in shelter forest. He got a master certificate after studying agricultural economic management in the Northwest A&F University during 1999 to 2001. He took the course of Economic Law for teachers in Southwest University of Political Science & Law during 1987 and 1988 and received the graduate certificate. Prof. Zhang now serves as a master supervisor and full professor in the College of Humanity of Northwest A&F University. He is also a member of China Law Society, council member of China Association for Legal Education and Environmental and Resource Research Division in China Law Society, the vice president of Society for Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Law in Shaanxi Province, Society for Energy Law in Shaanxi Province, tenure track researcher in Chinese Academy of Management Science. Prof. Zhang is dedicated to teaching and research related to environmental laws. He teaches Environmental Law, Public Policy, and Business Law for bachelor students; and Introduction to Law Masterpiece, International Environmental Law, and Select Topics on Watershed Environmental Policy.
