Biography
Prof. Ye is the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Northwestern Polytechnical University. He was the Deputy General Manager of China National South Aeroengine Company, Deputy General Manager of China Aeroengine Cooperation, Deputy Director of the Planning Department of Aviation Industry Cooperation of China（AVIC）, Director General of State-owned Assets Management Bureau, and Director of the System and Engineering Department Three of the former Commission of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense（COSTIND）.
